Thermo Scientific* Class II, Type B2 biological safety cabinets provide the highest level of product and user protection during work with gases and volatile chemicals.
Thermo Scientific Class II, Type B2 biological safety cabinets are designed to meet the stringent safety requirements of NSF 49 for Class II biosafety cabinets. They are recommended for working with more than minute quantities of volatile toxic gases and tracer amounts of radionuclides as adjuncts to microbiological studies. Available in North America and Asia Pacific only.
The Thermo Scientific 1300 Series B2 is designed for safe and easy work with gases and toxic chemicals. It is the NSF-recommended biological safety cabinet that uses volatile chemicals as an adjunct to microbiological applications.

Required Accessories: Exhaust system capable of drawing 665cfm for the 4 ft. wide unit and 998cfm for the 6 ft. wide unit against a negative static pressure of 1.5 in. w.g. when the exhaust HEPA filter is new, and 2.0 in. w.g. when loaded prior to replacement. Exhaust flow must be adjustable to allow for variation over the life of the exhaust HEPA filter.

The NanoDrop Lite is a standalone microvolume instrument which uses our patented sample-retention system to deliver the same exceptional accuracy and reproducibility as other NanoDrop instruments. Its compact design, with built-in controls and software, makes the NanoDrop Lite small enough to fit on any benchtop, but powerful enough to deliver rapid, accurate and reproducible measurements.

The NanoDrop 2000 is a microvolume spectrophotometer for measuring DNA, RNA, and protein. Using the patented sample retention system* the NanoDrop 2000 accurately measures samples as small as 0.5 µL, and reports sample concentration, purity ratios, and full spectral data.
